Students can either bring a packed lunch or access a wide range of food available from
the school restaurant. There is a choice of hearty home made main courses, a wide
selection of salads and hot/cold sandwiches, biscuits and cold desserts and a selection
of cold and hot drinks. There are also Grab&Go service points around school for
students who want a quick snack.
A standard 2-course meal is £1.80. Food is purchased easily using a cashless card
system. Cards are issued at the start of school and must be kept safe for use everyday.
However, replacement cards can be purchased at the school reception at a cost £1.30.
Money can be put on to the meal cards at various times during the school day at
re-valuer machines situated within the restaurant. The machines only accept coins but
cheques will be accepted at the school reception for transfer on to the card. |
